Contract for Deed Terms are as follows

Properties Under $20,000 are a minimum of $2,000 Down and $200  month payments until paid in full, no balloon. 5% Interest.

Properties over $20,000 are $5,000 Down and $400 a month until paid in full at 5% Interest.
